Funny because I think Sonnen was almost or was sponsored by Nike but after his steroid situation I think they cut ties (as they usually do with athletes who use performance enhancers). This is an awesome pick up for Nike because this dude is super humble and down to earth, until he gets in the ring with those razor like elbows. Hopefully Nike can come up with custom nikes something creative for this guy as far as merchandise because im sure there marketing team will come through.
